Q: Do your custom blends contain added fragrance?
A : No. We never add synthetic fragrance to our products. Every blend is made with pure, natural essential oils. You can use them with confidence.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A : Your blend will be prepared within 3–6 business days after your consultation and shipped directly to a convenience store for pickup. Shipping is included, with 7-ELEVEN and FamilyMart available.
Q: I know nothing about essential oils. Can I still book a consultation?
A : Absolutely. Our aromatherapist will explain everything in clear, easy-to-understand language. No prior knowledge of aromatherapy is needed. Together, you’ll explore how you’re feeling and what you need.
Q : Can I ask questions after my consultation?
A : Of course. If you have any questions while using your blend, feel free to reach out to us anytime.
Q : Important Notes
* This product is made with pure, natural essential oils and carrier oils. For external use only. Do not ingest.
* Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water immediately.
* If redness, itching, or any other skin irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately. Please consult your aromatherapist and, if needed, seek advice from a dermatologist.
