A : Orders usually arrive within 3–6 business days. We ship via convenience stores, with 7-ELEVEN and FamilyMart pickup available.

A : No. We never add synthetic fragrance to our products. We use pure, natural essential oils, so you can enjoy them with confidence.

A : There’s no set limit. Use it whenever you like. Our roll-on essential oils are already diluted to a suitable concentration for use.

A : Caps are shipped at random. If you have a preference for a darker wood-grain cap or a lighter bamboo cap, simply leave us a note when placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

【Return & Exchange Policy】

Please make sure your purchase was made through the official Holiaum website to be eligible for a return or exchange during the inspection period.

Please note that the seven-day inspection period is not a trial period. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging intact, including the product, accessories, bags, boxes, and paper materials. Please do not remove any accessories, disassemble the product, or damage the product or packaging.

For returns requested for personal reasons, except in cases of product defects, the customer is responsible for the original shipping fee.

Under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a seven-day inspection period. However, roll-on essential oils are considered personal hygiene products. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of product defects.

If you experience a noticeable allergic or adverse reaction after use, please provide a photo or documentation from a dermatologist. A refund may be requested once the situation has been reviewed and confirmed by both parties. Without supporting documentation, we may be unable to process a refund.

【Defective or Damaged Products】

If your product has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or does not match your order, whether opened or unopened, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, including weekends and holidays.

Please provide an unboxing video showing the package as it was received. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the shipping costs both ways.

【Refunds】

Bank Transfer

Your refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide. Please provide the account holder’s name, bank account number, and branch code when submitting your return request. Once the refund has been processed, please check your account to confirm receipt.

If store credits were used for the original purchase, they cannot be refunded in cash. The store credits used for that order will instead be returned to your account.
