A: Absolutely. The ritual guide included with the gift box explains everything from scratch, from the resin to the use and storage of the incense burner, so even first-time users can use it with confidence. The only condition is that you're willing to give yourself those ten minutes.
Q: What is the difference between frankincense resin and frankincense essential oil?
A: Frankincense essential oil is a liquid essence extracted from resin by distillation; frankincense resin is a solid resin that is directly condensed from the frankincense tree. It is slowly released when heated by candlelight, and the aroma components are more original and complete. This is the most traditional way of using frankincense for thousands of years.
Q: The resin becomes sticky and slightly burnt after heating. Is this normal?
A: That's normal. When heated, frankincense will soften into a paste, which is when its aroma is at its most intense. If the bottom is slightly charred, gently turn it over or move it to the edge with a thin stick. Alternatively, remove and discard the charred residue with a cotton swab. Slight charring does not affect the aroma; the fragrance of frankincense will continue to accompany you.
Q: How many capsules should I use at a time? Can they be reused?
A: We recommend 3-6 capsules, adjusting the concentration according to preference and resin size. The same batch of resin can be reused multiple times; continue using it while the aroma is still present, and replace it only after it is completely carbonized.
Q: If I'm too lazy to clean the resin, what else can I do?
The incense burner included with the gift box is specifically designed for dry burning of frankincense. If you find cleaning troublesome, you can place a small piece of aluminum foil on the stainless steel tray before placing the frankincense. After the single candle has burned out and the incense burner has cooled, you can remove the aluminum foil and take out the frankincense for continued use.

A: Seal after use and store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration is required; the aroma can be maintained for a long time if stored properly.
Q: Can the two types of frankincense resin be separated?
A: The two aromas are packaged together, and each use is a blend of the two. The purpose of blending is to make each fragrance experience more complete, with a clear opening and a deep base complementing each other.

Handling Defective Products
If the goods are defective, damaged, or do not match the order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt (including holidays) and provide a video recording of the entire unpacking process to confirm that the contents were defective and damaged upon receipt. We will provide an exchange or refund and cover the round-trip shipping costs.
